ACCOMMODATION (SPECIAL PACKAGE PRICE)
Blocks of rooms are reserved at the IOC Meeting and Congress Venue, Hotel Dedeman for all IOC members. IOC members shall be charged 120 Euro per day including VAT as the package price.The accompanying person will be charged 100 Euro per day including VAT as the package price. The package price includes the following •- Airport - Hotel - Airport Transfers •- Accommodations in Dedeman Hotel (Bed and Breakfast) •- Admission to the IOC Meeting and Congress, •- Conference Bag and documentation, •- One copy of Proceedings Book of the Congress, •- Lunches ( 06 , 07 , 08 June 2007 ) •- Coffee breaks •- Welcome Cocktail Prolonge •- Gala Dinner and Dinners •- Half day Sight seeing Ankara tour and visit to the Anatolian Civilization Museum •- Cappadocia Tour ( day trip ) AYDER tourism , the official Congress Organizer , will arrange airport-hotel-airport transfers for all IOC members. All reservations related to the accommodation , tour and airport transfers will be arranged by AYDER Tourism.
