OBJECTIVE

The International Boron Symposium aims providing an atmosphere for the discussion of recent developments, latest scientific and technological innovations in boron mineral industry.

Topics starting from boron mining and boron products to its economy and worldwide marketing will be discussed in the symposium.

Also current studies and researches done by universities and institutions will be presented and discussed in the symposium.

III. International Boron Symposium will be held in Ankara on 02-04 of November 2006.

LANGUAGE

The symposium languages are Turkish and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided during the presentations.

EXHIBITION

Exhibition will provide on ideal opportunity for international and national companies and institutions to introduce their products and/or services.

Companies and institutions wishing to participate in the exhibition will be informed in details by the Organizing Committee.
TOURS
 

A technical trip to Kırka Boron Mine and a touristic tour to Midas near Ankara will be arranged for suitable number of attendance. City tour of Ankara including Middle Anatolian Archeological Museum and Ankara Castle will also be arranged.

REGISTRATION

All the participants should fill in the Application Form and send it back to the organizing committee on time. Companies and institutions, wishing to participate with more than one delegate, may send a list of delegates. Symposium Application Form is also available in the symposium web site.

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fee for participants is 300 Euro. Fee is 200 Euro for those who are submitting paper in the symposium. The registration fee includes free attendance to symposium sessions, cocktails, lunches, tea/coffee services, gala dinner, symposium bag, proceedings and other presents.

Accompanying person fee is 150 Euro. It covers attendance to symposium sessions, cocktails, lunches, tea/coffee services and gala dinner Registrations before June 1, 2006 is subjected to 10% discount.

REFUND POLICY

Under the circumstances that require cancellations of symposium registration a written notice must be sent to congress secretary not later than August 31, 2006. A processing fee of 50 Euro will be non-refundable in any cancellation.
